With over 20 years of professional experience, I specialize in Investment Immigration, with a dedicated focus on the U.S. EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. Since 2017, I have been guiding high-net-worth individuals and families from India, the UAE, Singapore, and the United States in securing U.S. permanent residency through carefully evaluated EB-5 investment opportunities.

My expertise lies in providing independent EB-5 project analysis, strategic investment guidance, and end-to-end support throughout the immigration process. I work closely with investors to help them make informed decisions by evaluating project fundamentals, compliance standards, job creation requirements, and overall investment viability.

Over the years, I have built strong relationships with investors, immigration attorneys, regional centers, and industry professionals, allowing me to provide clients with transparent, reliable, and practical guidance tailored to their long-term immigration and investment goals.

Prior to focusing exclusively on investment immigration, I founded and led Mansha Recruitment Services Pvt. Ltd. from 2005 to 2017, where I gained extensive experience in international business operations, global mobility solutions, and client advisory services.

Today, my mission is to help families confidently navigate the EB-5 process and create a pathway toward permanent residency and future opportunities in the United States.
